Dragon Moon Fire

Dragon Moon Fire "Dundee" was born June 20,1981 and died with her friends Blue & Tucomsa on December 26,2008. Dundee was born to Moon Fire Bar, a running quarter horse mare and Dragon Spotchief, a blanket appaloosa stud in Eureka South Dakota.
Dundee was a beautiful leopard appaloosa mare who loved to run with the wind, glide like a cadillac and rule the roost. Dundee enjoyed a cattle round-up and a good mouthful of alfalfa out on the trail. She was a good friend to all but really only liked 2 of the good riders she carried on her back.
She spent her life 2 miles out of Wishek North Dakota, and is survived by 2 offspring, a black stud son and "Buck" a brown gelding from Braddock. Dundee will be joining her lifelong friends Mickey and The Grey in horsey heaven, they’ve been waiting along time for her.
She will be dearly missed by her owners Deb & Ron Brandner.

It is a sad day. I can't believe all those horses are traveling the big trails. It seems like yesterday we were riding trail rides and rounding up cattle. They were all good friends.
