What's a Perfect Day

What's your idea of a perfect day? I got this email that said * I read this article that said the typical symtoms of stress are, eating to much, impulse buying, driving fast. Are they kidding? This is my idea of a perfect day*
M-M-M eating, shopping, speed- a perfect day. Well yup is all sounds pretty good. But what really is a perfect day. The sun rise in the warmth of summer could start a perfect day. A beautiful North Dakota summer sunset could be the end of a perfect day. But, what's inbetween? Kindness from a mate of freind, a feeling of accomplishement, having a relationship with your god, it can be many different things to many different people. But perfection is the most of the most, the best of the best, the top of the top. I find it very hard to say what really would be my perfect day. I guess I live a life of just average day. Some better than others, the good days aren't even all that memorable. Days I like do include family and freinds and sometimes even strangers, I never do strive for perfection. - signed, just getting by

Ahhh but that is what makes a perfect day. It isn't planned, it just happens. It is that day when you stop, look around, reflect, and say to yourself, "It doesn't get any better than this!" Or as I like to say "It's a good day to be me!!"

Waking early, turning in late, family, good meals, new jokes that crack you up, small acts of kindness (one by you one for you), unexpected phone call, a good run, a quick nap, sun-no clouds, 79 degrees, close to water, either lake, sea or ocean, no mosquitoes, purple sunset, night so quiet you hear the stars.
